Membership Application

Use this button to download the membership application. Please read the rules, fill in your information on the bottom, detach the portion where marked, and mail with payment. If purchasing multiple memberships, each person needs a signed letter.

If application is not filled in completely or correctly, it will be sent back.

Membership:

Adult: $25 per year
Youth: $2 per year

Renewals are sent out each November for the upcoming year. Dues money and signed portion of application must be mailed back in order to receive your membership card and be a valid member.
